City Bella is a fair market co-op which means it operates pretty much the way any condo operates
But it has a lot of advantages that condos don't have
All the appliances and fixtures are owned by the co-op and therefore their maintenance is taken care of and allowances are made if they might have to be replaced.
In addition, City Bella has two maintenance people who are ready and willing to help the owners whenever necessary.
This condo was bought by the original owners, and therefore everything will be allowed to be replaced so the new owner will be able to choose the appliances.
In addition, the owner is offering a $5000 addition for replacement.
In the City Bella complex, there are only four units on this floor that offer an outdoor patio in addition to the screened porch.
The platter boxes are included, and these residences are allowed to grow their own vegetables, tomato plants, etc.
