Access Information: A 24-hour notice is required for all showings to obtain tenant approval. Enter through the main door at 19 S 1st Street. Access can be gained by dialing unit #003 or calling security at 612-333-8742. Collect the unit key at the garage-level attendant booth by presenting your ID and business card to security. You will receive a temporary fob and unit key that provide access to the unit and all amenities including the garage, gyms, and rooftop deck.
Parking Options: Heated underground parking is available for $120 per month. Reserved outdoor parking is available for $75 per month. Both month-to-month and long-term lease options are available through management.
Important Disclosures: Please note there is an existing HVAC assessment with an approximate balance of $10,000. Association dues include all utilities (cable, internet, water, gas) except electricity. Heating is provided by the building boiler system and cooling by rooftop chillers.
Association Policies: No pets are permitted in the building. Rentals are allowed for 30 days or more (verify with management). Guest suites are available within the building for visitors on a rental basis. Storage lockers are available for monthly rent in the basement.
