About The Listing

This is an excellent property all the way from the cabin to the land itself. The property has two approaches with a driveway that loops up to the cabin. The cabin is tucked off the road on a slight hill overlooking a beautiful wildlife pond right out in front of the cabin. The pond has an island in the middle of it which is a great spot for birds and other wildlife. There are several areas of higher ground timber on the property with a couple trail areas throughout the property. While walking the property it was clear to see that deer were using this property. It has a couple great spots to plant food plots as well. Also perfect set up to have deer bedding in areas of thick cover on the property and hopefully keep them close. Deer, bear and grouse hunting opportunities exist as well as some of the areas top notch fishing lakes nearby!!
